Aquarius had a major new product launch at EXCON, Begaluru and CONSTRO, Pune exhibitions. New models of Concrete Pumps, Batching Plants and Concrete Distributors were introduced successfully. The occasion was accompanied with impressive press conferences. The models launched:
- Super Mobile Batching Plant, model SMP 30.
- Mobile Batching Plant, model MP 30.
- Stationary Batching Plant, model SP 60.
- Concrete Line Pump, model 1004 D.
- Concrete Line Pump, model 1004 SHP.
- Concrete Distributor, model CDHM 8.
The other equipment exhibited comprised of a High Pressure Concrete Pump, model 1407 D along with a locally developed 36m Boom Pump. The new products were well received in the market and the Aquarius stall, at both the venues, received an overwhelming response from the visitors. |

Petron completes Ambuja Cement Preheater Towers with AQUARIUS 1407 D HR |

Our customer, Petron Civil Engineers, recently took up the prestigious project of Ambuja Cement Ltd, viz. Rouari, Darla Ghat (H.P.). The project involves a total concrete on site of 120,000 cubic meters. A challenging responsibility, no doubt, especially with 2 nos. Cement Preheater Towers, one over 157 meters height.
The towers have been completed using the high-pressure concrete pump, AQUARIUS 1407 D HR model and additional 2 nos. AQUARIUS 1407 D models. The total concrete pumped on the site, till date, is over 86,000 cubic meters. The customer has congratulated the Aquarius service team for the excellent after-sales support being provided on-site. |

AQUARIUS Boom Pumps for DMRC Project, New Delhi |

|
Tha construction of Dhuala Kaun Station, Viaduct, as well as Ramps for Airport Metro Express Line (AMEL) is being done by AQUARIUS 32.07 & 20.07 Boom Pump models. The 32 metres & 20 metres Boom Pumps have already completed over 25,000 cubic metres of concrete pumping at various elevations.
Jindal Infrastructure is doing the work for the IJM project. The total concrete being pumped is to the tune of 82,000 cubic metres. The two Boom Pumps have set a record pace for completion of the prestigious DMRC Project. |

Batching Plant at Highest Altitude |

A Concrete Batching Plant was commissioned for HCC at Nimmo Bazgo in Leh at an altitude of over 11000 feet above sea level. It has been a challenging task in the extreme climatic conditions for the plant design as well as for the people involved. Cheers to the Aquarius Projects Team! |

Vertical Pumping Achieved over 150 m in Mumbai |

The high pressure Aquarius Concrete Pump has done 150 m vertical pumping at Planet Godrej site in Mumbai for M/s B.E. Billimoria.
Similarly, our clients M/s Abeer Constructions have done 550m horizontal pumping in Himachal Pradesh. |

Turnkey Project from ACC |

ACC’s Team RMX has recently entered into a Turnkey arrangement with Aquarius for setting up new RMX plants spread all over the country. Team RMX has entered into a term agreement with two major suppliers of Batching Plants, Aquarius being one of them, for execution of future fast track RMX projects.
ACC management has devised and adopted innovative project execution strategies based on the turnkey model, an accepted method for timely completion of projects worldwide.

High Rise Jobs on the rise |

The Aquarius 1407 D seems to be the customer’s choice for high-rise jobs. Recently, Petron Civil Engineering has done over 105 meters vertical pumping of 400 cubic meters pour size at Vasavdatta Cement Plant, Sedam, Karnataka. The total M 25 grade concrete pumped at this site was over 4600 cubic meters.
At another site of Petron viz. Madras Cements, Govindapuram, Tamil Nadu, the 1407 D has pumped concrete over 116 meters vertically. The total M 30 grade concrete pumped at this site was above 10,000 cubic meters. |

Boom Pump Commissioned |

The new 32-meter Boom Pump, 32.07, was commissioned at Pioneer Builders Pvt. Ltd., sister concern of Penna Cements. The Boom Pump was commissioned at Pioneer Resorts site, a 5 star hotel at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad . |

Training at L&T ECC |

A detailed training program was conducted for L&T ECC at their Panvel workshop recently. The program was custom designed and included classroom as well as on-the-site training about operation and maintenance of concrete pumps. |
