Acetone Recovery

  • ACETONE RECOVERY

    Highlights
    • Recovery of Acetone from water, pollutants, etc.
    • Major savings due to reuse of recovered Acetone
    • Excellent return on investment
    • Effective cooling for solvent vapor condensation
    • ATEX & CE certified Solvent Recovery Units
  • The Solvent Recovery systems are reliable and safe because they have been designed and built with skill, in strict compliance with CE, ATEX, and undergo extensive safety testing.

The electrical system can be supplied as ATEX EX II 3G suitable for installation in Zone 2, or ATEX EX II 2G (explosion proof for hazardous atmospheres) suitable for installation in Zone 1.

The Solvent Recovery systems are characterized by the tank and boiler made of stainless steel and the large evaporation surfaces allow a quick and safe distillation. The use of heat-solvent-resistant bags allows operator to be never in direct contact with solvents and/or distillation residues. This special bag is resistant to high temperatures, up to 180°C (356°F) and to chemical attack of the solvents. The use of the bag, keep the bottom of the tank with no deposit ever. In absence of the bags, it would result in serious loss of time and difficulty to the operator. In addition it avoids damages to the distillation tank, which would not transmit the heat properly.

Models available from 15 liters to 200 liters per batch capacity. Automatic systems available for higher capacities.
