Clients have seen paint sludge generation reduced to nearly HALF the weight, by using centrifuge separator. The return on investments (ROI) is very lucrative for installation of the separator with major savings as mentioned above.

Recycling of effluents viz. water from paint booths/sludge pits, after removal of paint sludge reduces the load on the ETP. Saving of water is important feature, the sludge separators can be connected directly to the paint booths without any need of sludge pits, skimmers, etc, thus avoiding major civil cost. For existing paint shops the separators can be connected to the sludge pits, skimmers, etc. The separators are also used for Phosphate & Degrease sludge removal.
